Information for New Patients

We are located in the Berkshire Court Building on the SW corner of the Preston Road and Northwest Highway intersection. The main outside building entrance faces west on Kate St. and is just south of Starbucks. Easily accessed free public parking is available in the 2-story parking garage just west of the building (across the street), as well as free 2-hour parking on the surrounding streets.  There is also free covered parking within the building with parking entrances on Northwest Highway and Berkshire.  An entrance to the building and an elevator can be found on each level of the parking garage.
